Our story

The Move-it Mama Tribe is a free supporting community for busy Mamas who want to making their health a priority, feel their best inside and out and be a happier and more productive Mom! As a Personal Trainer for over 12 years, I have a passion for movement, and have been successful doing quick and effective total body workouts with minimal equipment. I exercised at home throughout my pregnancy and post-partum and love sharing training tips with other busy Mamas!

I have a passion for food, experimenting in the kitchen and making quick, but tasty meals and baked goods. I love sharing fun food finds, healthy recipes, and meal prep ideas with other Mamas. My philosophy is not to follow any type of strict diet or cut out entire food groups in order to reach goals, but to eat a lot of nourishing whole foods and incorporating daily treats to satisfy you. I encourage a sustainable balanced intake which will allow you to have a better relationship with food and your body.  By making my health a priority postpartum, through fitness and good nutrition, I am much happier and better able to be the BEST Mom I can be!

Throughout my infertility journey, pregnancy and postpartum, I began incorporating workouts at home with minimal equipment. During my Maternity Leave I would exercise during nap time or while my daughter was doing tummy time!
